This policy explains what data telsearch.pro (including our blog and our business directory tool at telsearch.pro/tel) collects and how it’s used.
Who operates this site

What we collect
- Browsing the blog and directory: you do not need an account, and we do not require any personal data simply to read the blog or search the directory.
- Business listing submissions: when you use “List your business” on our directory tool, we collect the business name, category, address, phone number, website, and the contact email you provide.
- Payments: if you choose a Featured listing, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, NOWPayments, on their own checkout page. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, but we do not collect or store your wallet address or payment credentials ourselves.
- Blog comments (if enabled): if you leave a comment on a blog post, we collect the name, email, and message you provide with the comment.
- Directory data: the business listings you can search (name, address, phone, etc. of Swiss businesses) come from OpenStreetMap, a public, community-maintained database — this is not personal data collected from our visitors.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review and publish business listings, respond to comments or enquiries, and confirm payment for featured placements.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site: NOWPayments (payment processing) and our web hosting provider. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Submission and comment records are kept for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to how it’s processed. To exercise these rights, contact telsearch.business@gmail.com.
