telsearch.pro publishes articles about Swiss businesses and related topics, and operates a free-to-search business directory for Switzerland at telsearch.pro/tel, combining publicly sourced OpenStreetMap data with listings submitted directly by business owners.
Accuracy of information
Directory data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and user submissions, and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Blog content reflects our views at the time of publishing and may become outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any phone number, address, business status, or article content. Please verify important details directly with the business before relying on them.
Submitting a listing
By submitting a business listing, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you’re authorized to submit it. We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are false, misleading, or violate these terms.
Featured listings & payment
Featured placement is a paid option, processed via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Featured status lasts 30 days from confirmed payment and does not renew automatically. See our Refund & Payment Policy for full details.
Comments and user content
If you leave a comment on the blog, you agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to remove any comment at our discretion.
Prohibited use
You may not submit false, fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal business listings, post harmful comments, or attempt to disrupt, scrape in bulk, or abuse the service.
No warranty
This service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on directory information, blog content, or from service interruptions.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Switzerland, given the service’s Swiss audience. (This clause should be confirmed with a lawyer before relying on it.)
