This policy covers payments made for Featured business listings on telsearch.pro/tel.
Payment method
Featured listings are paid exclusively by cryptocurrency, processed through NOWPayments. We do not accept card or bank payments for this service.
Cryptocurrency payments are final
Once a cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Please double-check the amount and details before completing payment.
What you receive
A confirmed payment activates Featured placement on the telsearch homepage for 30 days from the confirmation date. Featured placement does not renew automatically — you’ll need to submit and pay again for an additional period.
Listings remain subject to review
Even after payment, listings may be reviewed and can be rejected if they violate our Terms of Service (for example, false or prohibited content).
Refunds
Because cryptocurrency payments cannot be automatically reversed, refunds are not processed automatically. If your listing is rejected after payment, or you believe you were charged in error, contact telsearch.business@gmail.com and we will review your situation individually.
